Services
The Treasurer manages the organization’s finances, ensuring accurate reporting and financial health.

Processing Payments
It shall be the responsibility of the Treasurer to process payments upon receipt of properly approved vouchers. Additionally, the Treasurer will maintain accurate records that have been approved and signed by the Financial Secretary. This ensures transparency and accountability in all transactions.

Check Signing
The Treasurer is responsible for signing all checks issued by church, contributing to effective financial management and accountability. This role is essential for building trust within the church community.

Reporting Monthly
The Treasurer and Financial Secretary collaborate closely to ensure that all monthly statements are accurately reconciled. Each month, she provides a detailed report outlining the current balance in the bank account, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date on the financial standing.
